One for the Tradies – How to employ & train locals on the job?
Have you been apprehensive about employing an apprentice? A light supper will be provided and it’s our shout for a cold beverage.
Have you been apprehensive about employing a Carpentry apprentice?
Does travel distance and time away from the workplace, for apprentices, present a problem for you and them while they attend classroom based delivery of training?
Would having the trainer visit your workplace regularly to assess your apprentice be a more viable option?
Then perhaps we have the solution for you!
Murray Mallee Training Company is a private RTO that delivers onsite training and assessment.
The qualification that the apprentice receives, upon successful completion, is a Nationally Recognised qualification.
We offer regular visits from our trainers, face to face assessment, interaction directly with both apprentices and employers, feedback directly to employers and apprentices there and then at the assessment!
You can speak to your local apprenticeship centres to find out about government incentives for employing apprentices.
