Michael Buchanan, ICN NSW Tender Advisor

Michael Buchanan. B.E. (Hons), M.Eng.Sc (Res), PhD Candidate, is the ICN Tendering Advisor, a Procurement and Commercial Leader with over 15 years’ experience across all sizes of organisation and most industries.  He initially ran development teams for Electronic Toll Systems, and telecommunications physical hardware. His fascination with the dark art of commercials, grew into capability and experience across multiple industries. The challenge of delivering Social, Sustainable and Circular to organisations’ commercial & procurement has become a passion, particularly when it involves drawing Small Medium Enterprise into Projects and Supply Chains – the subject of his research.
