Online masterclass - Rethinking the UN Sustainable Development Goals for the extractive industries
This Masterclass will explore the key concepts and global debates for the extractive industries and sustainable development in light of the current global context.

Delivery: Online, 12 hours in 3 modules over 2 weeks with a live introductory session and a final wrap up session with Q&A.
This course will also cover the role of critical minerals and metals in achieving the Sustainable Development Agenda 2030, with a particular focus on the practical requirements of linking resource project activities and impacts to specific SDG’s. The masterclass will use case studies from Africa, the Asia Pacific and Latin America to explore practical opportunities and challenges for sustainability reporting in line with the SDG indicators.
