The Bloomfield Group is a proud and successful mining and engineering group, having been part of the Hunter region for more than 85 years, and employing more than 600 local people. Bloomfield operates two open-cut coal mines - Rix's Creek Mine, northwest of Singleton, and the Bloomfield Mine, east of Maitland - in addition to its engineering business.
John joined Bloomfield in 2002, and was appointed the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in 2010, prior to his appointment as Chairman in 2016. At this CEO Leadership Lunch, John will provide insights into Bloomfield Group's current priorities, and will share his experiences as a business leader.
