NSW Mining Industry & Suppliers Awards
The NSW Mining Industry & Suppliers Awards celebrate the hard work of people that power the industry and their individual and collective achievements.
Entries are now open for the 2021 NSW Mining Industry & Suppliers Awards which celebrate the people and businesses that make the industry strong.
With some of the worlds leading mining operations, NSW produces high-quality coal, copper, gold and other commodities for local and global markets. Along with this success is the many businesses that deal with Mining equipment, Technology and Services industries that are excelling both nationally and internationally, selling world class, Australian-Made products.
There are also over 7,000 businesses supporting these mines with goods and services. Together, these businesses have built strong relations in the industry, delivering safe, efficient and sustainable mining across NSW.
Applications for award entries are now open and close on the 30th of July 2021.
Award categories are as follows:
- NSW Mining Supplier
- NSW Mining Small Business
- NSW Mining Operation
- NSW Mining Young Achiever
- Outstanding Contribution to NSW Mining
The Supplier of the Year and Small Business of the Year awards are open to anyone or any business working in the NSW minerals industry - both NSW Minerals Council member companies and nonmember companies.
The other three categories are only open to NSW Minerals Council member companies and their employees.
The NSW Mining Industry & Suppliers Awards function will take place on the 14th of October in Sydney, with tickets to go on sale from 19th of July. Award Finalists will be announced in September.
