Applications due for Chloe Munro Scholarship for Transformational Leadership
The Scholarship focuses on supporting women who are emerging leaders in the fields of clean energy, energy management and carbon abatement.
The Chloe Munro Scholarship for Transformational Leadership is delivered by the Clean Energy Council in partnership with Women & Leadership Australia.
“The inaugural round in 2021 attracted high calibre applicants across a wide variety of roles,” said Clean Energy Council Chief Executive, Kane Thornton.
“The benefits in creating greater equity in leadership will go beyond the renewables industry, and diversity in decision-making will result in better outcomes for everyone.”
This year’s intake will include three places in the Executive Ready course, a seven-month development program for middle to senior leaders and seven places in the Leading Edge program, a four-month development program for early career leaders and managers.
The Chloe Munro Scholarship for Transformational Leadership has been established through the leadership of the Clean Energy Council and is supported by Clean Energy Council partners ACEN Australia, Australian Energy Market Operator, Australian Renewable Energy Agency, Carbon Market Institute, Clean Energy Finance Corporation, Energy Efficiency Council, Goldwind, GreenCollar, Hydro Tasmania, Iberdrola Australia, Monash Energy Institute, Sentient Impact Group and the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning.
Applications are now open, and close on August 21.
